Zero Incident, on every site

Health and safety is run as a programme, not a poster: meetings, training, PPE, awards and inspections.

Zero Incident.

Line n Shape has set a Health and Safety target of Zero Incident for all of our project operations.

To perform in such a way that we are proud of being an occupationally safe organisation and earn the confidence of our customers.

Our goal

No One Gets Hurt, No Harm to the Environment

We believe in

Act Safe, Live Safe

How safety runs on site

PPE on every site

Monthly Site Safety Award Program

A monthly award recognises workers who demonstrate outstanding safety practice, reinforcing zero incidents, continuous learning and a proactive safety mindset.

Weekly, monthly and yearly inspections

A dedicated HSE team inspects every site weekly, monthly and yearly to identify risks, enforce safety measures and drive continuous improvement.
